Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 2025

1. Booking Confirmation

Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings must be verbally confirmed by a PSGO representative and secured with a deposit to be considered final.

2. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

All services are provided in strict compliance with Australian RSA regulations. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to intoxicated persons
  • Request valid ID from any guest
  • Cease service if RSA requirements are breached
  • Report to authorities as required by law

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate event details and guest numbers
  • Ensure adequate venue access for setup/pack down
  • Obtain necessary permits for alcohol service at their venue
  • Ensure guests comply with RSA requirements

4. Payment Terms

  • 30% deposit required to secure booking
  • Balance due 7 days prior to event
  • Cancellations within 14 days forfeit deposit

5. Liability

PSGO carries public liability insurance. We are not responsible for:

  • Guest behavior or property damage caused by guests
  • Event cancellations due to extreme weather or force majeure
  • Consequences of false or incomplete information provided by clients

6. Age Restrictions

All guests consuming alcohol must be 18 years or older with valid identification.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
